The slow roast chicken is an absolute must try and it comes with fragrant white rice which goes perfect with the white wine sauce. The chicken is soft and tender and there is half a chicken in the bowl.

Lamb Shank Bak Kut Teh S$15.90
My buddy whom tried it said it is absolutely wonderful. The Australian lamb shank is stewed with Bak Kut Teh spices. Those who like Bak Kut Teh and lamb will love this dish.

This place is really ulu ulu. As you are going up the multi-storey carpark your head can also gets heavy. It has a nice view where you can see the sea from the carpark. Definitely a good place to eat and dine at Loyang. On friday there is also a live band.
