Some food reviewer said that this is the best Chicken Rice in Singapore. Chicken Rice is like the national food for Singapore. When I was in Tokyo premium outlet I saw a stall called Singapore Chicken Rice, Chicken Rice is synonymous icon of Singapore. Not just in Tokyo, in USA, Australia you see a similar situation as well.

There are 6 paramount components for a good chicken rice: 1)succulent, white and soft meat covers by a hairless creamy skin with a wonderful gelatinous layer underneath the skin 2)rice that is full of flavour due to the spices, pandan leaves, ginger, chicken broth or chicken oil 3)chilli sauce that is hot and tangy 4)fragrant dizzling sauce normally soya sauce and sesame oil which is added to on to the chicken itself 5)Sweet dark color sauce 6)Ginger sauce. All these 6 components when compare togather in the right proportion will give you a heavenly feeling to your mouth and stomach.
Whole Chicken S$24.0
The chicken itself is very well cooked, it is cooked to the bone which is hard to fine because a lot of the other famous chicken rice stalls that have very nice tender chicken meat are often bloody at the bone. The dizzling sauce on the chicken I don't particularly fancy it as I find it too thick and not flavourful enough.
Bean Sprouts S$4.0

Chicken Rice
The chicken rice is good but not the best. The quantity of the rice is alot and is really value for money when you weight in on the cost spends.
The chilli is really power, hot and tangy. The only thing lacking with regard to the sauces is there is not ginger sauce. The sweet black sauce is also fantastic, thick and flavourfully sweet.
