That's how they prepare the yong tau fu
The stall is really located underneath a big tree just besides the road. When in Ipoh some of the things you have to try are like the Kampong Chicken and Tau Ge.
People just stand around and take their picks

Nga Choi Kai Fan
Tau Ge
The Tau Ge(Bean Sprouts) in Ipoh is particularly thick and crunchy. This is also how they usually cook Tau Ge in Ipoh. The sauce at the bottom and the pepper on top are the things that make this dish a wonder. Everywhere that sells Nga Choi Kai Fan(Steam Kampong Chicken) will sell Tau Ge as well in Ipoh.

This is the famous Yong Tau Fu

The penang laksa noodle from the Yong Tau Fu is fantastic. The soup base is sweet and spicy.
